At Monalisa, we believe the experience of receiving your new footwear should be as beautiful as the shoes themselves. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we're committed to ensuring a seamless, reliable, and fully transparent delivery experience.
Order Processing
We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch confirmation once your parcel leaves our hands.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates based on courier performance. Occasional delays may occur during public holidays, adverse weather, or peak shopping periods. We will always communicate any delays proactively.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp (if provided). Use this number to track your parcel in real-time through our courier partner's platform.
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it for you.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently offer Cash on Delivery for select locations across Sri Lanka. COD orders require confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number is accurate at checkout.
COD availability is subject to your delivery area and order value.
Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted local courier services to ensure your Monalisa footwear reaches you safely and on time. Our parcels are carefully packaged to protect your shoes during transit.
Packaging
Every pair of Monalisa shoes is dispatched in protective packaging designed to keep your footwear in perfect condition from our hands to yours. We take pride in ensuring that unboxing your Monalisa order is a moment worth remembering.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incomplete addresses
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange an alternative
